We have a passion to see good men restored that the enemy has knocked out of the battle. These adventures are for the men who’ve lost hope, made mistakes, and need to have their hearts and walk restored. We come alongside these men to not only help untangle the lies, but sometimes fishing lines as well. There’s nothing as healing as breathing in God’s restorative Truth in the crisp Rocky Mountain air, and no better place to get your heart and passion back than on a crystal clear Colorado trout stream.

HCM retreats look different from most. All of them are conducted in a camping environment. There is something special about encountering God, litterally, in the wilderness. Our souls can be comforted while we experience a little physical discomfort. They are designed to done with a smaller number of attedees (5-15). Our retreats come in two different forms. Our Rugged Retreats are designed for most men. Roger, having been a COO, knows first hand the challenges of being a part of the “C-Suite” and the impact it can bring to you and those around you. Our Executive Retreats target these lone-warriors.
Rugged Retreats are designed to equip a man with the tools and training he needs to know God, to know himself, and discover and/or recover his one true identity in Christ. These powerful retreats will engage that man through the door of adventure to awaken him into a life where there’s more than just living and dying, equip him to know how to untangle the lies of the enemy, and empower the man that he has what it takes to become the husband, father, and leader God’s created him to be.

HCM Executive Retreats are uniquely designed for the CEO, COO, Director, etc level leaders. In some ways thes retreats are similar to Rugged Retreats in that we’re camping, getting water from a local stream. However, that’s where the similarities end. Camping in the backcountry of Colorado our Executive Retreats will challenge the you in a number of ways.
- We’ll get you out of your comfort zone. No cell/internet service.
- You’ll prepare your own meals and gather your own water.
